The Ins and Outs of Cashing Out
Chatting with friends and clients with UenMe is awesome...and it's even better when you're getting paid for it!
Read on for details on how to cash out and what to expect when you do!
TLDR much?
UenMe charges no fees to cash out and distributes your earnings once weekly on Friday. All Cash-out requests made by 12 noon PDT the Tuesday prior are included.
In some cases (but not always) If you choose distribution by Bank ACH your first distribution will be a small test amount (between $1 and $2) to verify that we are linked to the correct account.
Global Payment distributions are currently not supported.
You can monitor the status of your distributions 24/7 using the Seller Console (found in the cash-out screen on the app)

"Cashing out" is the easy and painless process of trading in your uens for money. Here's how it works:
1. Earn uens in the app - Yay!
2. Cash out your uens from your UenMe dashboard
3. UenMe's accounting department reviews and approves your request
4. Receive your money and get spending!
HOW CAN I CASH OUT THE UENS I'VE EARNED?
Tap in the bottom right corner of the app to go to your profile, then tap the Cash Out button. (Look for the button with the little stack of coins.) Complete your details and payment information and tap Save when you're done! UenMe's accounting department will handle it from here!
Currently you can request to cash out in one way: direct deposit ACH (to US-based bank accounts only. Payments will be listed on your statement from UenMe, LLC. We are currently working with our global banking partners to introduce more payment options but for now we only support payment by ACH to US based bank accounts.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PAID? WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY "YOUR PAYOUT HAS BEEN QUEUED"?
Our accounting department processes payment requests once a week.
All of your cash-out requests received by noon the Tuesday prior are distributed in full on Friday.
That means UenMe distributes ONCE WEEKLY. You should see your earnings distribute every Friday. It takes about a week after distribution to show up in your account.
Everything you cash-out after noon the proceeding Tuesday rolls to the next distribution day.
ACH (Bank distributions) take up to a week for your bank to process. Usually funds are available three to five business days after the distribution.
You may receive a deposit for $0.01. This is a confirmation deposit from our bank. The remainder of your payment will follow in three to five business days.
Things that might delay your cash out:
- You have entered bank information for a non-US-based bank account
- Your cash outs do not total the minimum payout threshold (see below)
- Verification of your transactions or payment details is taking longer than expected
HOW OFTEN CAN I CASH OUT? ARE THERE FEES OR LIMITS ON CASHING OUT?
You can cash out as often as you like! The minimum amount UenMe can approve to be paid out is $30 to a US-based bank account.
As long your cash out requests total the minimum for whichever payment method you're requesting, they will be queued and processed once a week and issued to you as one lump payment. So easy!
For a limited time, UenMe is waiving all fees associated with cash outs. Woohoo!
THERE ARE NO FEES TO CASH OUT. YOU RECEIVE 100% OF YOUR EARNINGS.

I SUBMITTED A PAYMENT REQUEST FOR LESS THAN THE MINIMUM. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
We hold that payment and any others, until the total of all of your cash out requests comes to $30 if you're requesting payment to your US-based bank account.
WHAT IF I'M OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
You can receive payments via ACH to your US-based bank account, regardless of your location. Check with your local bank to see if they offer US based bank account numbers to receive your payment. Many global banks offer this service.
CAN I CASH OUT MY UENS IF I'VE DELETED MY ACCOUNT?
Your Uens are forfeited if you delete your account, so make sure to cash out and wait for distribution prior to deleting your account!
HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY CASH OUT REQUEST?
After you cash out you can check the status of your earnings 24/7 by using the Sellers Console. You can find the Sellers Console in the cash-out section of the app.
